This poured an orangish red color with no head. The aroma contains tons of cherries and vinegar with a hint of citrus and funk. The flavor is really sour and tart with more cherries and vinegar flavors. The aftertaste is very sour as well. Overall I really enjoyed this one.

This poured a dark brown color with a reddish hue. The aroma is complex with some chocolate, caramel, spices, and herbal notes. The flavor is rather malty with some dark fruit, chocolate, spices, and alcohol. The aftertaste contains some sweet and boozy notes. Overall this was a pretty good belgian.

This poured a golden color with a white head. The aroma contains some lemons, alcohol, spices, and herbal notes. The flavor is a bit sour with a strong citrus presence. The spices are a little overdone in this one to be very enjoyable. Is it ginger I’m tasting? Not 100% sure but overall its ok but not my cup of beer.

This poured a golden color with a white head. The aroma contains some lemons, spices, honey, and biscuit. The flavor is malty but a sour presence is there. I am getting some citrus, spices, and more biscuit. The aftertaste is slightly sour with a bit of alcohol heat. Overall a nice but not great beer.

Pitch black color with a huge dark tan head. Can’t beat the appearance. The aroma is intense with chocolate, licorice, espresso, and alcohol. The flavor punches you in your face with some dark chocolate, licorice, alcohol, and coffee. The aftertaste is boozy and bitter with just a bit of malt showing up. Overall good in small amounts.

This was a dark orange to amber color with a white head. The aroma contains some grapefruit, lemon, and pine. The flavor is pretty darn bitter with citrus and pine flavors coming through. I’m a hophead and I was like woah not expecting that level of hops in a "session pale ale". Some malt shows in the end but not much. Overall good beer not sure about the session part though.

Nitro tap - A black appearance with the standard perfect beige head. The aroma is faint for a stout with chocolate and coffee mainly showing up. The flavor is a bit sweet with some chocolate, milky notes, and a bit of something burnt going on. There is an out of place sour element in the finish. Overall wasn’t that great but didn’t totally suck or anything.

This poured a copper color with a white head. The aroma contains perfume, pine, oranges, and lemons. The flavor is bitter but has a solid malt presence as well. There is some bitterness with oranges and lemons in the flavor. There is a slight tropical fruit thing going on at the end. Overall a good IPA.

A bright yellow color with a large white head. The aroma contains lemons, oranges, bready notes, and coriander. The flavor is a bit sour but mostly rather tame with lemons, oranges, and a hint of banana. The aftertaste has just a hint of bitterness. Overall this would be great in the summer outdoors.

The flavor is rather bitter with coffee, caramel, toffee, and some nutty flavors coming through. This is like a cross between a brown ale and a coffee stout to me. Lots of malty and bitter elements to this one. Overall a good beer.

A golden color with no head. Its like cider with a hint of swill going on. Its confused. A taste of apples with some sweet corn flavor going on. I won’t complain because this is working as a kick arse hangover cure.

This is my first "Imperial Steam" beer hmmm interesting. This poured a dark golden color with a white head. The aroma contains some citrus and caramel. The flavor is somewhat hoppy with a malty presence showing up. Some sourness shows up in the finish. Overall it was ok.

A dark orange color with a white head. The aroma contains some peaches? and citrus with some perfume notes. The flavor is very mild with some citrus notes and some more sweet fruit like peaches and apricots. Very odd for an IPA but not bad. This is more like a blonde ale.
