This poured a golden color with a white carbonated head. The aroma contains some citrus, spices, and herbal notes. The flavor is rather sour with more citrus, bananas, ginger, and spices. The mouthfeel is very carbonated. Overall this is not sweet at all, more dry and funky than anything. A good beer!

A murky brown color with a beige head. Aroma contains some caramel, brown sugar, and must. The flavor is malty with some sour notes. I’m getting some caramel, biscuit, citrus. The aftertaste is somewhat sour with a malty caramel presence. They do better. Bleh.

A solid black appearance with a beige head. The aroma contains some coffee, espresso, chocolate. The flavor is very dry and somewhat bitter with some dark chocolate, licorice, and coffee. Some vanilla showing up in the aftertaste. Overall a very nice porter.

A pale yellow color with a white head. Aroma contains some lemons and grassy notes. The flavor is sweet corn and some alcohol. A little bit of a metallic ting in the aftertaste. This is way too sweet and boozy for something thats 6%. Overall not good at all.

Tastes a bit oxidized but has this beer been out that long? I will overlook that despite it being annoying. Overall would like a fresher one but not bad.

Looks like dirty dishwater with a cloudy brownish red color with little head. The aroma is faint citrus, caramel, leather, spices. It smells old but its not as its at a bar with a heavy rotation of taps and I think this arrived yesterday! Flavor is yeasty with some citrus and cardboard. Some brown sugar finish. Easily the worst barleywine I’ve had! Didnt finish 8 ounce sample bad.

A dark orange color with a white head. The aroma contains some raspeberry and sour vinegar notes. The flavor is not as sour as the aroma lets on but still contains a bit of funy and sour going on. Could pass a fruit lambic but regardless this is a really good beer.
