The beer poured a blackish-brown with a sticky off-white head. The aroma was roasted malt, weak whiskey and coffee. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with mild carbonation, slightly creamy. The flavour is roasted malt, a definite caramel tang, and a definite whiskey aftertaste.

The beer poured a translucent gold colour with a white head that disappeared quickly. The aroma is grainy malt, some metallic to9nes, and a weak floaral bouquet. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour is grainy with some sour and acidic tones. A pretty decent macro.

The beer poured a hazy yellow colour with a 1" white creamy had that lasted and laced down the Samuel Adams Boston Lager glass. The aroma grainy malt, and floral hops. Quite pedestrian really. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with mild carbonation. The flavour was grass, grains, some yeast, and a weak bitter finish.

The beer poured a hazy pale orangy-gold colour with a foamy white head and plenty of effervescence. The aroma was weak grass, sour apples, and some hops. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was sour berries, tart apples, dry grain and some cider-like characteristics. A very interesting brew.

I tried this beer after purchasing from the Atrium on Bay LCBO outlet in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The beer poured a translucent golden red colour with a 1" rocky tan coloured head. Plenty of effervescence. The aroma is citrusy hops, yeast, spices, and grass. Not a lot of sweet malts. Mouthfeel is medium to full bodied, and medium carbonation. Flavour is kind of muted and blah....weak citrusy hops and weak malt.

I tried this beer in tap on May 4, 2012 at "C'est What" in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The beer poured a translucent cherry red colour with a thin creamy white cap that laced well. The aroma was grainy malt, floral hops, some caramel and a hint of maple. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with mild carbonation. The flavour was grainy malt, some weak sweetness, and bitter/sour aftertaste. The maple is weak, but still makes an appearance.

The beer pours a translucent yellow with a white ring of a head. The aroma is yeast, light fruit, spices, and musty grains. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavour is dry, with ample yeast, grain, and spicy flavours.

I tried this beer on draught on April 13, 2012 at "C'est What" in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The beer poured a translucent reddish gold with a thin tan head that laced well. Aroma was caramel malt, and floral hops...not a lot of citrus. Mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavour had an acidic tinge to it to go along with some sweet caramel notes, and a weak bitter finish.

The beer poured a solid black colour with brown edges and a creamy brown head. Aroma was coffee, roast, and chocolate. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, better than a lot of Canadian stouts. Flavour is slightly sweet and chocolatey with ample nut and coffee notes thrown in.

I tried this beer on April 13, 2012 after purchasing from the Royal Bank Plaza LOCBO outlet in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The beer poured a sold dark brown colour with a long lasting foamy dark tan coloured head. Aroma was dark fruit, yeast, roasted malt, and brown sugar. The mouthfeel was full-bodied, and creamy. The flavour had molasses, brown sugar, roast, and a definite wood flavour to it. Very enjoyable.
