The beer pours a translucent copper-brown colour with a this tan head. The aroma is light fruit, spices, wheat, and caramel. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour is fairly sweet with some fruit, wheat, and a definite yeastiness. Quite enjoyable.Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6

The beer pours a very dark brown colour with almost no head, and what little head that existed was short-lived. The aroma was molasses, sweet malt, and grains. Mouthfeel was medium bodied with with mild carbonation. Flavour was sweet and smoky with caramel and molasses. Quite expensive, and not that great.Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 8

The beer pours a solid black colour with a creamy half inch head. The aroma was sweet dark fruit, roasted malt, molasses, and vanilla. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied, with medium carbonation. The flavour is sweet roasted malt, plum, molasses, vanilla, and coffee and more than a touch of bourbon. Good, strong beer!Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7

The beer pours a coca-cola colour with almost no head. Two straight beers from Renaissance that lost their fizz on the way to Canada. The aroma roasted malt, vanilla, chocolate, and coffee. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour is similar to the aroma with the coffee and chocolate bitterness predominating.Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 9 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7

Beer pours a solid black colour with a generous light brown head that laces well. Aroma is roasted malt, coffee, and dark chocolate. Mouthfeel is full bodied and mildly carbonated. Flavour is pretty one dimensional with the coffee and dark chocolate dominating.Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6

The beer pours a translucent dark brown colour with a thin brown head. Quite light for a porter. The aroma is oak, molasses, and dark fruit. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavour is subdued, very oakey and slightly sweet. Not my cup of tea.Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 9 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8

The beer pours a coca-colour colour with absolutely no head despite a vigourous pour. Aroma is roasted malt, coffee, wood, and some smoke. No cognac from what I can smell. Mouthfeel is very thin (quite watery actually) for a porter with medium carbonation. Flavour is roasted malt, wood, and some alcohol. Not a lot in the way of coffee, especially when it can be accounted for from an olfactory standpoint.Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 6

The beer pours a hazed golden orange with a quarter inch tan coloured head. The aroma is citrusy hops, pine, light fruit, and grainy malt. Mouthfeel is medium to full-bodied, creamy, with medium carbonation. The flavour is grapefruity hops, some tart fruitiness, and excessively bitter. Decent enough beer but I'll not be trying it again.Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 5 | Flavor: 4 | Overall: 4

The braggot pours a clear medium gold colour with a short-lived white head. Aroma is tart fruit, grains, and weak honey notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, and highly carbonated. Flavour is tart fruit, and furniture polish. Hopefully meads and braggots made by other brewers taste better.
