The beer pours a translucent red-tinged gold colour with a thin tan head. The aroma is smoked malt, whisky, and grains. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour is smoked malt, with some sweetness to balance it out (and fails).

Beer pours a translucent reddish-brown colour. Not as dark as a dubbel or a quad, but close. Head is long lasting, tan coloured, and rocky. Aroma is sweet malt, yeast, mild fruit, and spices. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavour is Belgian yeast, wood, with dry, sweet, fruit hints. Not bad, but I was expecting more from a Trappist ale.

This beer poured a blackish brown, by far the darkest brown ale I have ever seen. The aroma was roasted malt, nuts, and weak coffee. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with mild carbonation. The flavour was nutty malt with weak chocolate. Not quite watery, but pretty unflavourful.

The beer was part of the Mill Street Autumn Harvest 6-pack with Nightmare on Mill Street Pumpkin. The beer pours a golden-orange colour with absolutely no head. The aroma is sweet malt, caramel, and some flowery hops. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour has a definite metallic tang to it. mixed in with sweet grainy notes. I have two more of these I may wait a while to drink.

The beer was part of the Mill Street Autumn Harvest 6-pack with Mill Street Oktoberfest. The beer pours a burnt orange colour with a very thin tan coloured head. The aroma was pumpkin, spices, and some weak hops. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour was metallic pumpkin, weak spices with acidic grains in the mix. Not something I would try again.

The beer poured a translucent cherry red colour with a thin tan ring for a head. The aroma was weak pumpkin, caramel, and herbal hops. The bottle says spices as an ingredient, but I'm not feeling them aromatically. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour is weak pumpkin, grass, and bitter hops. I generally like pumpkin beers, but this is far from my favourite.

The beer pours a translucent dark gold colour with a 1" bubbly white head. The aroma was grainy malt, some herbal hops, and some light fruit notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavour is cereal malt, some slight sweetness, and a nice bitter finish. A good lager.

Beer pours a solid reddish-gold colour with a thin tan ring for a head which lasts. Aroma is pine, grapefruit, and caramel. Mouthfeel is medium to full bodied, with medium carbonation. The flavour is caramel and grapefruit, with some metallic notes in the mix. Overall, very drinkable.
