Beer pours a hazed dark gold with orange hues and a huge white long lasting head. Aroma is yeast, spices, grains and citrus. Mouthfeel is weak to meadium bodied with average carbonation. Was hoping for something less thin. The flavour is yeast, citrus, and the spices really come through as an herbal addition to the grains.

A 69 day old maibock, but that is partly my fault as I misplaced the bottle in the cellar. The beer pours a translucent light scarlet colour with a thin tan head that quickly disippates. Aroma is grains, floral hops, and weak yeast. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. Flavour is toasted malt, yeast, weak caramel. A pretty good attempt at a spring bock.

The beer pours a very dark brown with red hues and weak tan coloured cap that lingers. The Aroma is sweet malt, yeast, dark fruit. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is yeast, dark fruit, and caramel tones. Quite good as there is a definite Belgian dubbel flavour.

The beer pours a coca-cola brownish0black with a very thin tan head. Aroma is citrusy hops, roasted malt, and 'funk'. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is roasted malt, hops, and molasses with a very bitter finish. Tasty.

The saison pours a dark hazed gold colour with a generous off-white head that lasts. The aroma is citrus, yeast, and spices. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour is citrusy, with funk and grainy malt in the background. Very refreshing.

Bottle is labelled as "Scaldis Blonde Tripel". The beer pours a hazed darek gold colour with a generous white head. Aroma is yeast, light fruits, and spices. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with above average carbonation. Alcohol is the firest thing I taste followed by some sweet fruit notes, yeast, and spices. Over the course of the hour, the alcohol does become less noticeable.
