THe beer poured a hazed gold colour with a 1" white head. The aroma was very grainy, with citrus and weak yeast. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour is grass and light grapefruit. Not as extraordinary as the label implies.

The beers a solid dark brownish red, with a thin tan coloured head. The aroma was dark fruit, some caramel, candy sugar, and alcohol. The mouthfeel was very champagne-like, yet not highly carbonated. Due to the mouthfeel, the flavour reminded me of a cheap red wine. I was expecting more a spiced Belgian Strong ale.

The beer pours a translucent dark red colour with a generous creamy tan head. The aroma is tropical fruit, dark coffee, and roasted malt. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour is similar to an iced coffee with some alcohol. Not a whole lot of complexity. The wild oats series has been hit and miss with me.

The beer pours a semi-translucent copper colour with a thin tan head. The aroma is spices, fruits, malt, and yeast. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour is fruit, yeast, and spices with a very Christmasy feel. I loved this beer.

The clearest tripel I have ever had. The beer pours a translucent honey gold colour with a creamy long lasting white head. Aroma is belgian yeast, spices, and light citrus fruits. Mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with medium carbonation. Flavour is yeast, grains, slightly sweet, and a little alcohol. A very nice Ontarion take on a classic Belgian style.

The beer poured a hazed golden yellow colour, reminiscent of a Hoegaarden, with a thin white cap. Aroma was citrusy hops and some grains. Mouthfeel was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavour is citrusy hops with primarily lemony flavours and some grassy notes.

The beer pours a translucent copper-brown colour with a this tan head. The aroma is light fruit, spices, wheat, and caramel. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour is fairly sweet with some fruit, wheat, and a definite yeastiness. Quite enjoyable.

The beer pours a very dark brown colour with almost no head, and what little head that existed was short-lived. The aroma was molasses, sweet malt, and grains. Mouthfeel was medium bodied with with mild carbonation. Flavour was sweet and smoky with caramel and molasses. Quite expensive, and not that great.

The beer pours a solid black colour with a creamy half inch head. The aroma was sweet dark fruit, roasted malt, molasses, and vanilla. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied, with medium carbonation. The flavour is sweet roasted malt, plum, molasses, vanilla, and coffee and more than a touch of bourbon. Good, strong beer!
