The beer pours a hazed medium gold colour with a 1" foamy white head and plenty of effervescence. The aroma is grainy malt, light fruits (pears/apricots), and herbal hops. Mouthfeel is medium to full bodied, slightly creamy, and well carbonated. Flavour is grainy malt, bitter hops, and earth notes.

The beer was poured a coca-cola black colour with a thin tan ring for a head. The aroma was vanilla, coffee, chocolate, and dark fruit. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with mild carbonation. The flavour was on the sweet for a Russisan Imperial Stout. Vanilla and chocolate dominate the flavour with latent coffee hints.

The beer pours a translucent dark copper colour with a creamy tan coloured head. Aroma is caramel, citrus, and brown sugar. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. The flavour is weak grapefruit hops, caramel, and grain. Not too sweet and not too bitter.

The beer pours a hazed light gold colour with almost no head. The aroma definitely has maple in it, fruit, yeast and grains. Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with mild carbonation. The flavour is yeast, grains, and light fruits. Quite refreshing, moreso than flavourful.

The beer pours a solid black colour with a thin tan ring for a head. The aroma was a disappointment, weak hints of roasted malt, coffee, vanilla, and bourbon. The mouthfeel was full bodied with mild carbonation. The flavour was roasted malt, coffee, chocolate and vanilla. Quite good, but not great. The barrels lended very little to the flavour.

The beer pours a solid dark brown, syrupy in nature with a creamy light brown head. Aroma is alcohol, caramel, and molasses. Mouthfeel is full bodied with mild carbonation. Flavour is over the top sweet and the alcohol is definitely noticeable. Dark fruit and roasted malt round out the flavour. Definitely a beer for sharing.
