Favorite food to be washed down by a good brew?
Beer and Food by KISSMYBASS
I myself love seafood more than anything, so I like an English style Fish n Chips(Cod). And what better to drink than a good English Ale. The pub I go to does'nt carry Newcastle on draft so the next best thing ends up in my pint mug.(Bass Ale!) I could go on and on though... I love Mexican food with a cold Corona or Pacifico or a nice marinated steak with a Samuel Smiths selection. Bring them on, I'm getting hungry! kissmybass(aka.Love those Cubbies)

[i]This message was edited by kissmybass at 6/21/2004 12:36:22 PM.

[i]This message was edited by kissmybass at 6/21/2004 12:36:57 PM.

That combo sounds good. After the pie and the beer a cup of black coffee would be a nice finishing touch to the sweets.

In Reply To #20 No, but I'm eating a chicago style stuff pizza with a Newkie and it just doesnt get any better than this unless of course its in the bleachers watching the blue hoist another W up on the pole. Cubbie Blue to you non-baseball people... Nothing like a pizza with onions, garlic, mushrooms, and finely ground up sausage with your favorite pint. Gotta go, another bite is awaiting me. KIssmybass(aka. The Newkie Browns) P.S. If its a lager you want, Harp doest hurt either.

In Reply To #7 Yeah I agree, how about a piece of "Death by Chocolate" from Bennigans, with a nice pint of Beamish or Guinness Stout, chased down with a shot of Baileys or Carolans. KMS
