The "This beer needs more reviews" thread
General Beer Discussion by DOULOS31
So, I'm campaigning. Go find it, buy it, drink it, review it. http://beerpal.com/vault/beerinfo.asp?ID=8722&RUID=2367 Anybody else think they got one that could crack the top 100/50 or whatever but only needs more reviews (it also helps if the beer isn't some local beer that probably is unavailable to everyone)?

And where the hell would I find this beer. I've never heard of it.

Campaigning to get a beer more reviews and into the top 100? LOL. Almost as sad as 1000 pic uploads, but not quite. Nah, not even close. But, still sad.

Aaaaaaaahhhhhh! well, i'll pretend I didn't hear that... But, my view for Beer of the Week would be for lesser known beers to be displayed, not ones that are widely available. Flash, how about we start alternating btw a beer with >10 reviews with a <10 reviews every other week? I'll start with this beer, which blew me away on Saturday: http://www.beerpal.com/vault/beerinfo.asp?ID=17058&RUID=752

Freeminer Deep Shaft Stout (England). http://www.beerpal.com/vault/beerinfo.asp?ID=703&RUID=673 I know it has been available in the US, but it has only 8 ratings at BeerPal so far. Paler and lighter beers can be nice too. Few good US beers are available in Europe, but I found Sea Dog Windjammer Blonde Ale (Maine) in Sweden. http://www.beerpal.com/vault/beerinfo.asp?ID=6264&RUID=673 It has only 2 BeerPal ratings so far!

Many of you know I love this beer, Boulevard Bob's '47, but its now BeerPal's #1 Lager, but still not where it belongs: http://www.beerpal.com/Boulevard-Bobs-47-Style-Munich-Lager-Beer/1465/ Mojo IPA has been underrated IMO, as well: http://www.beerpal.com/Rockies-Brewing-Mojo-India-Pale-Ale-Beer/9883/
