    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8

500 ml capped bottle, bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Mönschsambacher Vase an unfiltered and opaque pale-amber coloured W B with a two fingers light beige, dense and pillowy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Good lacing. Some ( big ) floating sediments. The aroma is wheat malts, yeast, fruity, bananas and a barnyard touch. The flavour is deep wheat malts, spicy, cloves and peppery notes, fruity, bananas, citrus and a point of caramel. The mouthfeel is light crispy and fulled. The texture is watery. This full bodied W B has a dry fruity and malty finish. A convincing Weizen-Bock from a small franconian brewery in the Bamberger area.
