500 ml capped bottle, bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Mönchsambacher seidla a light hazy golden-orange coloured Kellerbier with a two fingers light beige and soapy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is deep malty, corn, a sourish note and powerful barnyard. The flavour is moderate bready malts, notes of caramel and straw, faint grassy hops. The mouthfeel is crispy, fizzy and round. The texture is watery. This light to medium bodied Kellerbier has a light bitter finish. An easy drinkable, but noy very funny, Kellerbier from the Bamberger area.

Draught@Akkurat (thanks for the tip goes to Bo K.) Golden colour with small white head. Aroma is malty, some slight butter as well as toffee and some mild hops. Flavour is caramel malts, some toffee and mild herbal and hoppy notes.
