Another great Baltic/Carnegie Porter here. All the way from Russia, shared by friends at a homebrewers chili cookoff. Heavy on the sherry notes, subdued chocolate, very smooth, nice oxidation. The sample was obviously quite old, but has transformed into something memorable. Quite nice.

Very smooth, dark rich flavor and aroma, I'd choose it over any other porter. Definitely one of my favorites.

The beer is very creamy, the taste is crisp and roasty, slightly bitter. Wonderful aroma.
