When it comes to beers that push boundaries and spend any amount of time in a wood vessel, our friends at Off Color are always putting out some of the best. We got together this year and created a recipe for a Helles Bock that we wanted to have a portion live its entire life in barrels. Brewed with 100% @weyermannspecialtymalts and hopped with Tettnang and Hallertau Mittelfrüh in the kettle, this beer has a rustic lager backbone with a refreshing floral component we’re really digging.
