Bahnhof (train station) is a perfect place to grab a Helles. Our Helles delicately balances light, bright malt with spritzy carbonation and a faint bittering kiss to make it a supremely drinkable beer. “Bahnhof” (Train Station) uses traditional processes - mashing with Heirloom German Pilsner & Vienna Malt, bittering lightly in the kettle with German Tradition & Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops, fermenting very cold, and spunding to capture natural carbonation, allowing for softer bubbles and a steady foam in your glass.
