OktoberFest began in Germany in 1810 with the marriage of Prince Ludwig and Princess Therese and has endured since, with the OktoberFest beer style commemorating the celebration. We use a traditional German tripel decoction mashing process in which part of the mash is boiled and added back to the main mash three times. Gives a unique complex maltiness without being sweet. Light use of Tettnang hops for just the perfect balance. Enjoy!

Aroma: 6 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 7
Pours a clear golden Amber with a thin but respectable buff head that leaves good lacing. Malty aroma is not strong, but promising, and has a snip of apple. Flavor is better, fairly strong and malty with a firm and cider-like Apple note. Bits of caramel and cloves peek through. Lively mouthfeel is fairly firm, leaving a fruity and malty finish. Prost!
