The cider poured a very pale yellow with a loose bubbly head that disappeared quickly. The aroma is mild pear. The mouthfeel is highly carbonated, light, and almost champagne like. The taste is sour pears, and almost has a white wine feel/taste to it. Very dry.

Still having trouble rating ciders. Figuring out though that I prefer variations like pear, apricot, mango, etc. over the standard apple. This is one of the popular and trendy ones. Seen it at restaurant or bars to pair with dinner or mixtails and such. Has a dry flavor and feel. Not overly sweet. There is a little tartness at the end. Appearance is a super light green-yellow. Seems a little mass-produced...but not bad.

This cider has lively carbonation, and finished dry after a slightly sweeter than I'm used to in English ciders flavor. Refreshing, but doesn't do anything to stand out much...

A pale yellow colored cider with a thin soapy ringlet. Lots of carbonation. Sweet pears dominate in the aroma and in the tasting. Dry and crisp. Quite refreshing.

My first perry. Very refreshing. Light almost clear/milky pour with bubbled head that fizzes and no lacing. Extremely carbonated like 7 UP. Bubbly nose with a tart and sweet pear and sweet fruit aroma. Clean. Taste is also clean, tart and sweet with the pears nicely tingly mouthfeel - zesty and refreshing. Great for summer.

Pours extremely pale straw yellow with a champagne like effervescence. Tiny white cap but a bit of actual lacing. Smells like old, musty pears and apples. Almsot taste like a less sweet apple juice with a bit of a winey/champagne characteristic. Much better than the Strongbow I just poured down the drain. Thin mouthfeel with soft carbonation.

This is a decent cider. I found it very refreshing. It pours a clear pale gold. The aroma is a perfect balance of sweet pears. The flavour is nice and smooth as well.

The typical cider aroma, just more pear like than apple and a bit subdued. The body is lighter coloured than your typical apple cider, verging along the lines of white grape juice. Flavour is more pear as well, which is a nice change in this world of apple based ciders. The mouthfeel is crisp, but not quite as dry as many other ciders. A different change of pace.

Purchased at the LCBO, my first pear cider. There was another William's Sir Perry from the US, but this is not the one. This one from England, pours a clear very light yellow colour with the usual cider bubbly small head that disappears fast. The pear smell is mild, with a butternut aroma sticking out. Watery mouthfeel with a slight tart. The taste is not too sweet and does not have the metallic flavour that many ciders have. A little grainy with the pear juice taste. Quite nice and refreshing. A good alternative to apple ciders.
