Rated 2009. This 2005 vintage has an aroma that is full of wood notes followed by funky notes and some tartness. The taste is much the same with apples mixing with funk like tartness that carries nicely into the finish. Yummy interesting beverage that holds a bit of complexity and ending dry and refreshing. Loved it.

2004 Vintage: Rich apple aromatics, like granny smiths with macs and golden delicious, very nice. Hazy gold. Fairly viscous in the mouth, but fitting for a slightly sparking semi-sweet cider, still, quite refreshing. Full of apple and fruitiness, golden raisin, star fruit, pineapple, excellent. A great cider.

A very cloudy orange color to it, slight pale tones. cider and cinnamon in the aroma. I get a total granny smith apple rush from this. It tastes like I just bit into a thick juicy apple.

2003... Poured a golden color, with bubbles cascading upward, and a large head that quickly disappeared leaving no lacing. Strong aroma of dry, crisp, red apples, and brett. Sweet candy apple taste, and a funky, mouth puckering tart, green apple finish. Though still a great cider, the appearance on this one was weaker, but the aroma was amazing compared to the regular Dupont.
