Our Draft version of the IPA. Lobo IPA comes in at 5.2%, 45 IBU’s and brewed with the big hoppy mix of Cascade, Columbus, Eureka! (yes, the ’!’ is in the hop name :) & Simcoe Hops. Grapefruit drives the flavour with touches of Citrus and Pine in the background. Irish Lager malt makes up 93% of the grain bill with 7% of Caramel Malt for that subtle colour and sweetness.

July 2017: Keg halfpint at Graingers, Dublin. Golden colour, white head. Nice aroma of fruity / citrussy hops. Distinctly hoppy flavour, grapefruity first, with a resinous bitterness.
