The Story... Peggy is a good friend of the brewery, helps out with anything and everything - so together - we decided to make a beer! A native of Newfoundland, it was Peggy’s idea to make a lovely, warm maple pecan porter. The name, and wonderful artwork is all Peggy too! The Beer... Peggy had her heart set on maple pecan porter, and this is a bit of a kitchen sink beer, with 7 different malts, but a simple hop profile to really highlight the nuttiness of the roasted pecans, and warmness of the maple and malts. Heave Away!
