    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 6

500 ml swing-top bottle bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Weyermann Weizenbier glass an unfiltered and opaque ruby-brown coloured Weizen with a generous two fingers creamy and beige pillowy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bottles. Soft carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is wheat malts, yeast, fruity, bananas and notes of coffee. The flavour is wheat grainy malts, caramel, fruity, bananas, herbal notes. The mouthfeel is surprising, for me, quite thin, even watery. This medium bodied Weizen has a dry fruity finish. The palate don't reach the level of the smell and leads to a, small, disappointement.
