    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 9 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 9

500 ml flip-top bottle. Poured in the original Weyermann tulip glass an unfiltered slight hazy red copper-brown colored ale with a one small finger slight beige foamy head that had a short retention. Mid-sized carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is sweety malts, notes of honey and flowers. The flavour is sweety malts, flowery, violet, toffee, notes of honey and a very present floral hoppy bitterness. The mouthfeel is very smooth and a pronounced warming effect. This full bodied ale has a lingering flowery finish. A superb and very tasting ale. Well done, Oliver !
