    Aroma: 8 | Appearance: 5 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 6

500 ml swing-top bottle. Poured an unfiltered and medium hazy mid-brown coloured Kellerbier with a short two fingers beige foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Low carbonation. Poor lacing. The aroma is moderate sweety caramel malts and an unpleasant barnyard feeling. The flavour is sweety caramel malts, cereal, bread, a light spicy touch, pepper and a light grassy hoppy bitterness. The mouthfeel is sweety and thin and the texture is watery. This light to medium bodied Kellerbier has a dry malty finish. The first feeling is always critical and it wasn't convincing. This Kellerbier lacks, for me, of stuff.
