Bottled. Orangeish golden colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is wood, earth, some sweet malts and also rather crisp bitterness. Flavour is smooth sweet malts with some earth and rather biting crisp grassy and floral bitterness. A bit toffeelike notes lurking in the background as well.

Bottle. Poured a strong hazy, because unfiltered, pale amber colored beer with a two fingers white creamy foamy head that had a very long retention. Intense carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is grainy malts, yeasty, hay. The flavour is caramel malts, red fruits. The palate is crispy and smooth. This medium bodied beer has a lingering light bitter finish. A very refreshing and rustical Kellerbier.
