A nice looking beer and fairly true to style but it's so watery that I just can't give it a good review. Coupled with that are too many sour notes on the nose and tongue, just can't love this one.

On draught at the Water Street brewhouse in Delafield, poured an amber-brown with a short-lived tan head into a half-liter seidel. Aroma of light caramel malt, and somewhat earthy and sweet. Full mouthfeel, smooth, medium-bodied. Taste is subdued, of toffee and lightly sweet toasted malt. Easy drinking, if unremarkable. While Brad Pear's just enjoyed Oktoberfest in München, this will have to do for me (for now)... MUSIC: 'Time to Pretend' by MGMT; "Yeah, I'll miss the boredom and the freedom and the time spent alone...We were fated to pretend. To pretend. We're fated to pretend"

This beer poured a nice dark brown colour with a little head, moderately laced, Aroma is semi nutty with soft caramel and honey undertones. Mouthfeel is full, silky with typical nutty, caramel qualities. Taste is very smooth and soft.
