Bottled. Hazy yellowish pale golden colour with huge foamy/fluffy white head. Aroma is zest, mild earth, some wheat and lemon. Flavour is wheat, some earth and mild notes of acidicness. Semidry palate.

Bottle, unfiltered. Poured a hazy deep gold colored Weisse with a huge white creamy foamy head that had a strong retention. Nice lacing. Smooth carbonation. The araoma is fruity, banana, spicy, cloves and yeasty. The flavour is a sweet yeasty maltiness. The finish of this medium bodied beer is a long fruity and spicy moment. A very tasty and fruity oberfränkisches Hefeweizen!

Cloudy yellow. Sweet aroma of banana, almonds and vanilla. Fruity and light-bodied of banana, nectarines and vanilla. Fruity and spicy well-rounded aftertaste of banana, cloves and oranges.
