    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8

500 ml capped bottle, bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Wagner Bavarian Seidel an unfiltered and slight hazy ruby-brown coloured Kellerbier with a two fingers beige and dense pillowy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is toasted malts, caramel, buttery notes and faint barnyard. The flavour is toasted malts, caramel, flowery, violet, roses and moderate hoppy bitter. The mouthfeel is crispy, round and very smooth. The texture is light syrupy. This light to medium bodied Kellerbier has a dry malty and flowery finish. A very well tasting and refreshing Kellerbier from a small village brewery, located close to Bamberg.
