Zutaten : Brauwasser, Gerstenmalz, Hopfen.

    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 9 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 9

500 ml capped bottle, as a 4.8 %ABV, bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Wagner Bavarian Seidel an unfiltered and hazy copper-brown coloured Kellerbier with a two fingers dense and creamy beige foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Great lacing. The aroma is light toasted malts, hay and a lot of barnyard. The flavour is solid toasted malts, caramel, cereals, yeast, bread and light herbal hoppy tones. The mouthfeel is round, well flavoured, the texture is light oily and the balance is perfect. This light to medium bodied Kellerbier has a long malty and light bitter finish. This " U " has a pronounced country side format, it's normal,it's brewing in the small village of Kemmern, located 10 kms away from Bamberg, the Beercity. I like it. A great Kellerbier.
