500 ml capped bottle, bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Wagner Bavarian Seidla an unclear and light hazy orange-brown coloured Kellerbier with a short two fingers beige foamy head that had a mid-sized retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is toasted malts, a faint sourish touch and notes of hay. The flavour is toasted grainy malts, straw, bread, caramel and herbal notes and a light hoppy bitterness. The mouthfeel is light crispy and round. The texture is watery. This light to medium bodied Kellerbier has a dry malty finish. A quite pleasant Kellerbier from the Bamberger area.
