500 ml capped bottle. Poured in a Weisse vase an unfiltered and almost opaque golden-orange coloured Hefeweizen with a generous three fingers slightly beige dense and pillowy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is wheat malts, yeast, intense fruity, bananas and light citrussy, spicy, cloves and a marked barnyard. The flavour is yeast, wheat malts, fruity, bananas and light citrussy and a light sourness touch. The mouthfeel is fizzy and round, the texture is quite watery. This medium bodied Hefeweizen has a dry yeasty and fruity finish. A pleasant Hefeweizen from Oberfranken. One among the many good pupils of this class.
