Try this summer limited edition, inspired by refreshing wheat beers. Top-fermented wheat beer containing active yeast. Hefe Weissbier is a beer that is popular mainly in Bavaria, but what isn't very well known is that this type of beer prevailed before the industrial revolution in the Czech lands. One could say that is the return of the Old Czech " white beer ", as it was once called. And since it's summertime, there's nothing lighter and more refreshing than the variation of this wheat beer which contains active yeast. As it customary with us, we use the original strain of yeast and the the yeast of original German hops, which belong to a wheat beer. Ingredients : drinking water, wheat malt, barley malt ( Czech ), treated hops ( Perle, Saphir, Hallertau Mittelfrüh ) for top fermentation yeast wheat beer, undiluted water ! Unpasteurized, with live yeast. Our Weissbier, as the only one among the Czech industrial breweries, contains a large amount of live yeast, unspoiled by pasteurization. Both kegged and bottled
