It's an original beer with a crisp taste of fresh beer, not pasteurized, shelf life is less than a month, with a long bitter finish. Pleasant, hardly bitterish taste with a shade of hop and fragrant grasses. Much better than many preservatived beers. Though the water is not ideal...
