I've had many Ryes which I thought were accurate and represented the style well. Unfortunately, this seemed a little dissapointing to me. Light and going through the motions. Clear amber, malty nose, and off dry taste. No clear sweetness backing up the finish. Pretty neutral taste.

From the tap, pours a light amber with a thin off-white head. A smooth and mellow mouthfeel that finishes tangy. Caramel-sweet but balanced with light fruity hops and a touch of spice. Eminently drinkable. MUSIC: “Magnolia Mountain” – Ryan Adams
