Our festive, full-bodied holiday ale is brewed in the tradition of the Finnish "sahti" rye beers, and boasts a unique fruit/spice character that calls to mind delicious holiday baking. Juniper, vanilla, curacao orange peel, cardamom and star anise each play a role without overwhelming the palate. The ancient Finnish farmhouse sahti style has been brewed since the Viking era, and traditional ingredients and methods are still being used today. Celebrate the season with one of the most unique winter warmers available!

Another really well done beer by Vintage, you can tell they spend time planning the beer and a lot of effort goes into the final product. This is a vey spicey, fruity, high gravity beer. Reminiscent of Belgians in appearance and aroma. Very well crafted.

I reached my limit today at the Vintage. And what a wonderful feeling it is. Amazing beers all around. Pours a bright orange, slightly cloudy from carbonation. Big white head. Aroma is fruity, tropical and spicey. Taste is big and creamy, well carbonated, pineappley and amazingly spiced. Scott ceases to amaze me with his awesome beer.
