Pours a slightly cloudy amber colourwith a small beige head. Aroma is sweet, slightly nutty. Rich biscuity flavors. Mildly acidic with a soft hop finish.

This is a Marzen not a Dunkel. Pours a hazy copper with a very thin tan head that disappears quickly. Cider and spice in the nose. Mouthfeel is full and smooth. Flavors are light caramel biscuit and fruit. Refreshing and simple with a crisp, dry finish.
