Točené, 500 ml, on tap at the Pivovar Victor. Poured in the original Victor beer mug an unfiltered and hazy Pšeničné with a two fingers light beige, dense and pillowy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Low carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is wheat malts, fruity, citrus, pears, spicy, cloves and a touch of cinnamom. The flavour is wheat grainy malts, spicy, powerful cloves, fruity, pears and citrus. The mouthfeel is quite thin and light bitter. The texture is watery. This light bodied Hefeweizen has a long spicy and bitter finish. A well flavoured Pšeničné from the Privní Žižkovský Pivovar in Praha 3.
