(* Bio)

    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 9 | Flavor: 9 | Overall: 9

500 ml capped bottle, bought at the brewery. Poured in the original and magnificent Vézelay stemmed glass an unfiltered and light hazy apricot-red copper-brown coloured NE IPA with a one finger light beige foamy head that had a mid-sized retention and tons of micro bubbles. Low carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is intense fruity hops, pineapples, oranges on a solid sweety malts backbone. The flavour is grainy malts, corn, strong hoppy bitter, juicy fruits, passion fruits, pineapples, oranges and spicy, pepper. The mouthfeel is quite thin and massive hoppy bitter. The texture is watery. This light to medium bodied NE IPA has a no end hoppy bitter finish. With an announced, only, 10 IBU, an incredible hoppy bitter IPA. A beautiful surprise from the south of the departement de l'Yonne in the French Burgundy.
