A big bitter 77 IBU India Pale Ale, spiced with a blend of fragrant Magnum, Simcoe, and Cascade hops. An American IPA receipe designed by our late Brewmaster, Greg Noonan. He said that he wanted this to represent the American style IPAs being brewed by the creative brewers using todays malt and hop varieties.

On tap at the pub. Pours a small foamy white head and has a golden appearance. Lacing is ok. Moderate carbonation. Aromas of grass and pine. Flavours are citrus, pine, and grassy with mild malts. Smooth and slick mouthfeel.

Sampled at the brewpub. Golden with an off-white head. The nose is hoppy with grapefruit, pine and grass. Also, some sweetness. The taste is as hoppy with the same notes and a grainy finish, and bitterness lingering. Dry mouthfeel. This is definitely the hoppiest beer here so far.

Draft @ brewpub. Cloudy golden color. Big hoppy floral aroma and taste. Not too happy with the bitter mouth that was thin. Big dry finish.

Pours with a slightly cloudy pale yellow body topped by a medium thick head with lots of lacing. Sweet and citrusy hop aroma with very slight malt accents. Slightly sweet but mostly bitter citrusy hop flavor with piney notes and a very slight malt accent. the finish is bitter and piney. Medium bodied and smooth with a slight dryness. Out of the selection on hand, this is the only beer worth coming back for.
