An unfiltered lager beer with increased presence of brewer's yeast and other natural substances. Compared to filtered beers this has a turbidity and you can enjoy the full flavor. The beer is bottled at the brewery straight from storage tanks without any modification (preservatives), and therefore requires special storage and handling.

    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 6

Docene, 500 ml, on tap in Velke Popovice. Poured in the original Kozel tumbler an unfiltered and light hazy pale amber coloured Ležák with a good one finger light beige foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Low carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is moderate malty and fruity, sourish grainy apples. The flavour is moderate grainy malts, fruity, grainy apples and light grassy hops. The mouthfeel is round, grainy and light bitter. The texture is watery. This light to medium bodied Pivo has a dry light bitter finish. An easy drinkable and, with its fruity side, sympathetic brew from Velke Popovice.
