Our second outing with Yuzu, we’ve imported some fresh Spanish Yuzu zest that we’re pairing up with Galaxy hops to make a tangy tropical fruit bowl. We’re delighted to get our hands on such fresh Yuzu and galaxy, this is going to be a winner!

375 ml green bottle, from Vinmonopolet Klepp. ABV is 8.8%. Hazy golden to dirt brown colour, lots of lumpy yeast floaties. Large white head. Aroma of yuzu zest and citric hops. The flavour is sweet and sour, with a distinct citric fruity acidity, yuzu zest and spicy yeast galore, also citric Galaxy hops.
