A rough translation from French yields "The Second Little Devil". This beer was created for and inspired by the brewers second son Kyen. It is a Strong Belgian Style Golden Ale. Hints of Apricot and honey in the nose. The alcohol subdued at first but comes on strong in the finish. A Devilishly Strong Ale.

This beer pours a deep orange gold color from a custom bottled 22oz bottle. Aroma is fruity and sweet. Lots of fruit esters. Medium bodied Strong Ale. Malts are fruity and sweet, apricot and peaches. Lots of spices, clove, coriander and honey. Hops are slightly citrusy. Very smooth, Nice balance. Touch of alcohol. Very nice, crisp dry finish. Nice Belgian Strong Ale. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is crisp and dry. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

Thanks to a great friend I was able to share this brew with my brother who is also a beer geek. Once sip of this and our eyes sort of bulged out and we both sort of mouthed the word..."wow". A bit cloying in the mouth but perhaps that’s not the right description. This was completely enjoyable and definitely something that would be consumed again and again. Excellent job.
