Chocolate Stout is a one-off brewed with cacao nibs from artisan producer Neapolitan Printing & Company. The beer is based on a simple oat stout recipe and incorporates the chocolate in a way that enhances the profile all around, bringing the roast elements forward and providing a pleasant bitter edge. At only 5% abv, the medium bodied beer drinks nicely and is a great pint pour for the thick of winter.

On tap @ Upright. Dark brown/ near black pour, tight thick tan head with nice lacing. Rich roasted malts and cocoa nose and flavor, very slight molasses, a touch thin but hugely drinkable.
