Pours a hazy golden-amber colour with a big frothy warm cap, good stay and some light thin creamy lace. The nose is fruity with a nice fresh strawberry smell and the Unibroue yeast in the background. The taste is refreshing with the strawberries again and very light tart. I really do not feel the rhubarb in this one. I feel the the strawberry notes are good, but the other fruit should be stronger, bringing a touch of sourness. After all, their last Ephemere was Elderberry - and that one brought some sourness. The rest is quite good, and the strawberries are stronger then most other fruits they brought out these last few years in this series.
