Dark golden amber color. Lively, fresh aromas of blueberry cereal, toasted orange bread, and mixed peppercorns with a supple, crisp, bubbly, dry-yet-fruity light-to-medium body and a smooth, interesting, medium-long sprouts, fresh blueberries, and wheat wafer finish. A fun, fruity, tangy wheat beer with nice style and balance.

Pours a clean red-amber colour with a warm cap, decent lasting with a nice coat that tops the brew. Blueberry aromas with Belgian Ale yeast giving candy notes. The blueberry flavours are quite mild with some mineral water. No tart, no syrupy feel. No over sweetness. Seems like the Ephemere family gets lighter tasting every time.

Pours a huge foamy bubbly pinkish head and has a slightly cloudy ruby red appearance. Leaves some sticky lace behind. Aromas of blueberries are quite noticeable almost immediately but also some various other berries. A little bit of cherry notes as well. Flavours of Belgian yeast, lots of berry notes. The blueberry is showing a bit more in the finish. Smooth and silky full bodied mouthfeel. Excessive carbonation. Excellent retention.
