Pours dark chocolate with a nice buff head. Aroma presents maple syrup, roast malt, butterscotch, chocolate. Flavor contributes maple, butterscotch, roast malt, chocolate, a hint of caramel. Texture offers decent body and peppy fizz. Cheers to 30 more years.

Dark brown colour with copper-ruby highlights, a bubbly-frothy beige head, good retention and some some thick foamy lacing. Aromas of toasted malts with a sweet touch of maple syrup, and after breathing... some decent herbal hops come out. The taste shows some mintiness, as I remember having in their other anniversary brews. It refreshes the roasted malt base, and cuts the syrupy sweetness. Alcohol comes out in the nose, but not as warming in the mouth. A good Belgian strong ale stout with a touch of maple.
