Here is a Maibock that is an IPA lover's dream when warm, and the Pils lover's love when cold. This Maibock is strong on hopfen, with a mattz body that won't stop. Ulmer has produced a perfectly balanced brew with a light golden color, excellent flaor, all in a twist off bottle!

Pours out in a clear golden colour, topped with a low white head. Nice hoppy aroma of wet grass grass, orange-peels and white pepper. Sweeter and maltier flavour of white bread, cookies and hay. Medium bodied. Crisp and rather dry finish of grass, bread and minerals. Pretty good!

First class bier brewed as a Maibock. This taste like BIER!!!!! Perfect balance, when in Deutschland in the late Spring, here is a great bier! P.S. In the tradition of Maibock, this bier is too flavourful, and too strong. I hear it now, there are many biers stronger then 7.2%, and indeed there are. But few, if any will be drank by the liter! true Maibock is an interesting style of brew, made for one reason, to make a fool outta you! Oh I'm a bier trinker tried and true, and I know how to put dwon a few, but when it comes to Maibock I pay my dues, and I trust dear friends so will you!!! Burma Shave.
