A bright copper colored beer with a big frothy textured off white head rising above. There's good hang time on the head. It settles a moderate ringlet. Cinnamon nose. And the spices are in the tasting but in a very smooth fashion. Moderate creamy body.

Pours out a copper color with a thick white head. The aroma is very powerful from all the pumpkin spices. The mouthfeel is very smooth. The taste is very robust and full of malt, pumpkin spices and just a touch of orange flavor.

Copper pour with a thin white head. Nice amount of lace on the glass. Not too sweet and not too spicy. Mouthfeel is a little on the thin side. Decent beer overall. No need to have again though.

surprised at the low scores - I really enjoyed this one/ Soft brown ale. nice hints of sweetness, warming spices, and some actual pumpkin, with nothing really being under or overdone. I'll definitely try and make this one of the annual pumpkin brews.

12 oz bottle, best by 2/9/13. Pours clear ruby-amber with a medium creamy off white head that goes to a thin film that leaves some lacing.
The aroma is mellow pumpkin and spices.
The flavor is vegetal malts with nice spicing - cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice. There's a bit of a metallic finish. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with slightly sharp carbonation.
Overall, a decent pumpkin beer. It's a bit mellow, but the spicing is well done. -

Sampled on 9/24/2011. This pumpkin beer pours a medium orange gold color from a 12oz bottle. Small to medium sized white foamy head, with decent lacing and nice retention. The aroma is fruity and sweet, hint of pumpkin and spices. A light to medium bodied beer. The malts are fruity and sweet, with some pumpkin. The hops are herbal. Decent carbonation. The man problem with this beer is that is somewhat watery, probably due to the fact that its only 4% ABV. Not sure if this is a brewery decision, or having to do with the weird Utah Alcohol laws Mouthfeel is thin. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Bottle from State Line. Pour was orangey brown with an ok head and lacing (in a glass that normally magnifies the two, though). The aroma and flavor were pretty typical for the style, although the pumpkin/squashy notes were more prominent than the spices - which is better than over-spicing if balance is to be missed. Mouthfeel was moderate to light. An ok beer within the style, but not much more.

The aroma is sweet and candy-like with some spice, maybe nutmeg and others, with some maltiness as well as doughey characteristics coming through. The appearance is a nice and pleasant rusty orange to amber with a nice head that diminishes to off-white lacing that coats the glass well. The mouthfeel is crisp and light-bodied with nice malt complexity with good balance that coats the pallet decently. The flavor starts with sweet malt then turns to some slight pumpkin with some decent spice as well; I am also detecting characteristics that are strangely reminiscient of a weiss beer with even some yeast and banana coming through in the aftertaste with a finish that is decent and rather refreshing and does not offer enough pumpkin or spice flavor. Overall, I am sorry, I think this is just a wheat beer in disguise with a little spice, as well as pumpkin, thrown into the mix. Nonetheless, this is an "okay" beer anyway.
