http://www.tworoadsbrewing.com/beers/year-round/ Brewmaster Phil Markowski has taken a “bahn” less traveled to create our version of the classic Bavarian wheat brew –perfect for the warming temperatures. Beautifully cloudy with a generous head of foam, a wonderful fruit aroma and a dry finish, our Hefeweizen is a refreshing version of the original; with just a little bit more of everything.

    Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7

Cardamom, bubblegum, clove, citrus peel on the nose. Pours a foggy gold/copper body with good white head and moderate lace. Mouth is well carbonated but a touch thin. Flavor is all bubble gum and clove perhaps lacking in the subtlety of a finer hefe. Pretty good attempt for an American Brewer.
