Two Brothers set out to make a wide variety of creative and complex, yet balanced beers. But…once in a while we feel a need to “wobble” on the edge of really hoppy. Wobble IPA is golden in color with subtle malt character, big complex citrus and piney hop notes throughout.

First of all, our classification of this as an English Pale Ale is wrong; ABV of 6.3 and IBU of 69 put it as an IPA, along with Two Brothers own description. Submitted the change request to BP, but as we have no active crew members looking after US breweries, this will probably never happen. Sad. Nonetheless, had a couple at their Scottsdale (AZ) outlet, and they were pretty okay. Low carbonated hazy gold pour, headless, good aroma of citrus and pine resins. Flavour okay, again with the grapefruit and pine.

A bright golden colored beer with a big frothy white head rising above. There's great hang time on the head. Thick fluffs of suds left. A hoppy nose. Bright citric, floral and some pine hops in the tasting. It is crisp, refreshing and easy to drink.

Pours a pale golden color with a frothy white head. Aromas of grapefruit, lemon, sweet malt and freshly baked bread. Flavor of sweet malt, spicy hops with citrus tones. Light, ample carbonation, but with a bit more resinous mouthfeel than I was expecting. Clean, bitter finish. A solid IPA.

Pours a clear pale yellow with a medium white head. Aroma has subdued citrus and grassy spice. Flavor also seems a bit restrained but has subtle pineapple, grapefruit, and spicy hope notes...a bit malty/biscuity. Mouthfeel is light and silky with a dry rindy/resinous finish.
