A clouded yellow colored beer with a big frothy textured off white head rising above. There's good hang time on the head. A moderate ringlet is left. Spice, yeast, vinegary, grassy, citric nose dance so well in the total profile. The nose is bold and inviting. The tasting muted enough to make this bubbly drink a pleasant experience.
